Export dashboard chart data to Excel

POST 
/api/v1/dashboard/:pk/export_xlsx/

Writes each chart to a worksheet. With export storage configured, the work is queued: the requesting user is emailed a download link when they have an address on file, and either way the returned job id can be polled at export_xlsx/status/<job_id>/ for status and, once ready, the download link. Without export storage, eligible data workbooks are returned in the response.
